Web Site Access
How do I sign-in to my existing member account ?
1.) Begin by clicking MEMBERS in the menu bar at the top of the page.
2.) Next you must enter the E-mail Address and Password that was assigned when the account was created. If your e-mail address has recently changed, you must still sign-in with your old one before you will be able to update this.
3.) If you experience problems signing in or you have forgotten your password, please click the link at the bottom of the page for assistance.
How do I access my account to pay for something that I won at your eBay Store ?
Congratulations if you have won an item at our eBay Store! The following describes how you can enter your payment and shipping information:
1.) First, you must wait until we send you an e-mail message with payment instructions. We will send this message to the email address you have registered on eBay within 24 hours of the close of your auction (if you delete this message or need it resent, please contact our help desk).
2.) Next you will need to sign-in to your member account, using the E-mail Address and Password specified in our message (see above).
3.) After you have signed-in, you should click Change Your Profile (at the left side of the page) so that you can correct the information in your account and change your password to something that you can easily remember.
4.) Then, click CHECK-OUT in the main menu (at the top of the page) and your auction item will automatically be put into your shopping basket.
5.) You are free to explore our web site and art gallery to collect other items if you desire. When you are ready to check-out, press the CHECK-OUT REGISTER button.
6.) Please enter the exact shipment address and remaining information to complete your purchase. You may pay using a valid credit card, cashiers cheque, money-order or via PayPal directly from our web site.
Why do I see messages indicating that my browser is not configured properly ?
There are several reasons why your browser may not be configured properly to visit our web site.

Why do I see a message indicating that your web site is not available ?
There are a few reasons why some pages of our web site may not be available at a given moment.
For example, in order to protect your data, we encrypt and backup our servers every day. During this period (approx. 5-15 minutes), certain parts of our web site may not be available. Please try again in a few minutes, or try at a different time of the day.
We are also continually updating and improving our web site with new products, features and services. Some times during this maintenance we need to take certain parts of our web site offline in order to safely complete this work.
Web Site Security
Yes, we have an extremely secure web site designed and maintained by a professional web development company.

Why do I see messages indicating that pages are coming from an insecure site ?
Most of the pages in our web site, such as product information, do not need to be protected with security and therefore you may see a message indicating that they are coming from an insecure server. This is NOT a problem and should not alarm you.
Pages from our normal web server will be displayed without the security pad lock at the bottom of your browser.
However, please be aware that all order processing pages in our web site are 100% protected with industry standard SSL security encryption and therefore they will be displayed with the security icon.
Why do I see messages indicating that a page contains secure and unsecure items ?
Many 100% SSL secure pages also contain components which do not need to be secured, such as graphic images (since these components do not contain any confidential information).
Non-confidential components can be safely transferred from our normal web server without compromising the security of your confidential information. By sending the non-confidential components of a page from our normal server we can decrease the time required to download the page and make the system function faster.
However, even if a secure page contains unsecure items, all confidential information that you enter is still 100% protected with SSL security encryption when it is sent through the Internet!
Why do I keep getting a message indicating that I am entering or leaving a secure web site ?
By default, most web browsers display a message when you enter or leave a secure web server, and give you an option to continue or not. This is NOT a problem and should not alarm you.
However if you choose not to continue, you will not be able to use many of our business services since our web site is composed of both a non-secure server (mainly for product information), and a secure server (where all order processing takes place).
Therefore you may see this message when you transfer between these two servers (again, this is not a problem). You can disable this message from repeatedly poping up, by selecting the Do Not Display Again check box in this message.
Even if you choose to disable this message, you will still be 100% protected with SSL security encryption when you place an order on our web site!

Are all the items in your store really made by hand ?
Yes, the cornerstone of our business is to offer you original, hand-crafted items, made in small quantities by independent hand crafting masters around the world.
Although some of our artists are beginning to use more automated hand tools, each item is still created in small quantities and not on a production line.
As far as we are aware, we have never purchased any item that has been made in mass-quantities or in some so called 'sweat shop' - and we have no interest in ever doing so!
Why are some of your item prices so expensive ?
Because we only offer original, hand-crafted items, made in small quantities by independent artists, we are not able to pass on to you volume discounts resulting from mass-production of these items.
However we believe that our pricing is very competitive as compared to similar original, hand-made items of this type. We strongly feel that our items hold a much higher market value than items found in other outlets, and we hope that you will appreciate and enjoy these items simply for this reason.
Is your shipment guaranteed and how much will it cost to get my item ?
Yes, for your (and our peace of mind), we ship all orders directly to you using an International courier, or trackable Express Postal Service (if available). Therefore, providing that you have given us a valid delivery address, your shipment is guaranteed to be delivered to this address.
Shipment times vary depending on the level of service you have chosen (among other factors), however it usually only takes a week to receive your order.
The actual cost for your shipment depends on many things such as the size, weight and number of items in your order, the source of where the goods are being sent from, and the destination where they will be delivered. You may use the Shipment Calculator in our online gallery to get an idea of how much each will cost you for shipping.
Why are shipment costs so expensive ?
Unfortunately, international shipment costs are indeed expensive (especially when only a single item is purchased), and most of our items are sent directly from the hand crafting masters country of origin. However, you should be aware that we do not add any additional handling fees to our orders.
In fact, for your convenience we actually subsidize the cost of all shipments so that it really costs you less than if you were to ship the same goods (from their source) yourself.

Payments
What type of payment methods do you accept ?
We currently accept payments using a valid credit card, such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB, a money order or cashiers (certified) cheque, or via PayPal.

Can I choose to be billed in either Canadian or US funds ?
Yes, we can bill you in either Canadian or US funds to save you from paying extra currency exchange service fees.
I still have not paid for my order. How do I submit or change my payment method ?
The following will assist you if you completed an order but did not submit your payment because your credit card was declined, you chose to pay using a cheque or PayPal, or there was a system error which prevented you from paying.
1.) First you need to sign into your member account via Member Services.
2.) Next you need to click Review Orders from the menu (at the left side of the page) to select the order you want to submit or change a payment for.
3.) If your payment has NOT been approved yet, you can click Payment on the Order Information page to review/change your payment method.
4.) Click the Change Payment button to redisplay the Payment Options page where you can then select the payment method you like. To submit your payment, you must complete this page and press the Continue and Accept buttons as before.

Will you protect my privacy and confidential information ?
Yes, we follow very strict information privacy and customer confidentiality policies.

Do you offer any discounts or benefits if I return to your store ?
Yes, we always give you 5% of FREE bonus points that you can redeem on your next order, as well as several other member benefits.

Will you pay me if I refer business to your store ?
Yes, we have a couple programs to reward individuals and companies for refering our business services.
1.) First, we have a member Referral Program where anyone can be paid 10% of the first sale made by any new visitor they recommend to our web site. Please see: Referral Program for more information about this program.
