1. Online Gallery
The first step of placing an order on our web site involves visiting our online product gallery and selecting some items which you would like to purchase. As you browse through the gallery and view the details of a given item, simply click on the Add to Shopping Basket to hold an item you are interested in. You can always remove these items later if you change your mind.
2. Shopping Basket
When you are ready to purchase the items you have collected, simply click on the Go to Check-Out, or CHECK-OUT in the main menu bar at the top of the page. This will display all of the items in your online shopping basket. You can specify whether you want the shopping basket to be displayed as you place each item into it, or just when you are ready to check-out by placing a checkmark in a toggle box at the bottom of your basket.
When viewing your shopping basket, you can change the quantity of any item or remove it completely by clicking on the Update or Remove links. When you are ready to proceed through the check-out, simply click the Check-Out button.
Please note that all of the following steps access our secure web site server and ALL information entered is protected with industry-standard SSL security encryption.
3. Member Profile
In order to submit an order on our web site you must first create a Member Profile. If you already have a Member Profile, click the option at the top of the page so that you can Sign-In, otherwise please enter all of the information requested on this page and then press the Join Now button.
4. Delivery Information
You now need to specify exactly where you would like your order delivered. Please enter all information on this form so that we can deliver you order as soon as possible. Please note that we can not deliver your order to a Post Office (P.O.) Box address. If you have shopped at our store before, you can simply select one of your previous delivery addresses from the Address Book menu at the top of the form.
5. Gift Wrapping Option
This is a new option and if it is available, you can specify the type of gift wrapping paper and greeting card to be included with your order.
6. Shipment Options
This page allows you to specify the type of shipment method you would like to use to deliver your order. If you change the shipment method, a corresponding shipment charge will be displayed on the form.
As an added bonus to our repeat customers, you can also choose to redeem your accumulated Member Discount Points at this time if you wish.
Finally, you can also specify the billing currency (either US or Canadian Dollars), you would like your order settled in. This option saves you the currency conversion charges your bank bills you when you purchase goods in other currencies. However, if you choose a non-local currency for your country, a corresponding amount will be calculated by your financial institution (and we have no control over this process).
7. Payment Options
This page allows you to enter your credit card information to complete your order immediately. If you would rather not enter you credit card information, you can also choose one of our 2-Channel or Manual payment options.
8. Order Request
This page displays all the details of your order exactly as it will be processed. Please ensure that all this information is correct! If you would like to make any changes, click Previous Page, otherwise press the Accept button to process your order.
9. Order Confirmation
This page displays the results of your order. If your order has been processed successfully, an invoice confirmation will be displayed which you can print for your records; otherwise you will be given instructions on how to complete your order. Please note that you will also be sent an invoice confirmation and shipment notification by e-mail.
